ENGINEERED CONSTRUCTION.
A purpose-designed structure combines marine-grade aluminium, a high-strength steel chassis and independent off-road suspension.
2.5 mm 5052 marine-grade aluminium is used for the main body, mudguards, side storage pods and front cargo box.
Components are precision folded, riveted and welded, then powder coated for long-term protection. The front box and mudguards receive a durable Raptor finish for added chip and stone resistance.
STRENGTH WITHOUT UNNECESSARY WEIGHT
The galvanised and powder-coated A-frame uses 3 mm, 75 x 50 mm Q345 steel with a 345 MPa yield strength.
It connects to a 3 mm, 50 x 50 mm Q235 main chassis with welded crossmembers and structural bracing, engineered for a 1,200 kg ATM.
RIGID, PROTECTED AND TOURING READY
Independent coil-spring and shock-absorber suspension was developed specifically for the RWCR2A.
Combined with 12-inch electric brakes and 235/75R15 all-terrain tyres, it provides stable road manners, dependable braking and the articulation needed on uneven tracks.

EVERYDAY USABILITY.
The RWCR2A is designed around easy campsite access, effortless deployment and a flexible load platform for changing adventures.
Compact and lightweight, the RWCR2A can be moved around by hand for easier access to tight campsites. Unhitch, push it into position, lower the corner stabiliser legs, raise the platform and roll out the awning - camp is set.

This combination is well matched to many Suzuki Jimny, Subaru, AWD SUV, Hybrid and Electric vehicles, as well as larger family 4WDs, subject to each vehicle’s towing limits.
Raises at camp for extra awning and annex clearance, then lowers for travel to reduce wind resistance and improve fuel economy.
Gas strut assisted for easy lifting, with sealed bearing runners and multiple M8 accessory channels. Static rating: 400kg. Dynamic rating: 125kg.
Flush-mounted locks provide a clean, snag-resistant finish. Storage areas are keyed alike for convenience, while the main lid uses a dual-handle locking system for secure and easy closing.
Multiple built-in tie-down eyelets make the top tray ideal for camp waste, firewood, kindling, gas bottles or any touring equipment best stored externally.
TOURING SYSTEMS.
Every storage zone has been designed to keep equipment organised, accessible and protected while travelling.
A large rear drawer incorporates a dedicated fridge slide, with additional side storage for cooking gear, tools and frequently used equipment.
A dedicated compartment beneath the lift frame stores Road Warrior Campers chairs and other bulky touring gear without sacrificing accessible storage.
A 45-litre stainless-steel tank is protected by a 3mm aluminium checker-plate bash plate. A side filler and tap connect to a 4 L/min electric auto shut-off pump.
Independent coil springs and shock absorbers combine with 12-inch electric brakes, 5-stud 139.7 PCD hubs and 235/75R15 all-terrain tyres on alloy rims.
Four drawers, a fold-out preparation table with height-adjustable leg and a dedicated BBQ shelf provide a practical cooking zone. A full-length drawer beneath adds generous pantry and packing space.
The Raptor-coated front box houses the spare tyre, a 4.5 kg gas-bottle bracket and storage for fuel, water and touring equipment. A dual-lip seal helps keep contents clean and dry.
