The BDV underwent over 2,000 kms of road testing across a variety of conditions, from rugged off-road trails to high-speed highways, ensuring its safety and performance meet the highest standards.
We subjected the BDV to wind pressures exceeding 48 km/h on its side panels and entrance. The results confirmed that all components remained securely fastened and stable under high wind conditions.
Simulating heavy rain conditions, the BDV was thoroughly tested for water resistance. The results demonstrated zero leakage, even in intense downpours.
During testing, the BDV was opened and closed approximately 1,000 times to evaluate its long-term durability. All hinges and fabric attachment points passed the test without any signs of wear or failure.
