The REDARC 50A REDWorks to Start Battery Wiring Kit 8m provides the components required to connect a compatible REDWorks power panel to your vehicle’s start battery. Designed to simplify installation, the kit includes pre-crimped battery cables, an Anderson connector, ignition wiring and essential circuit protection.

With an 8-metre Anderson-to-battery terminal cable, the BATWK-001 is ideal for installations where the REDWorks power panel is positioned further away from the vehicle’s start battery, including installations in the rear of a 4WD, canopy, service body or touring vehicle.

Simple REDWorks Power Panel Connection

The pre-crimped Anderson cable provides a quick and reliable connection to the vehicle power input on a compatible REDWorks panel. M8 battery terminals connect to the vehicle battery, while the included 70A MIDI fuse and holder provide protection for the main power circuit.

An ignition cable is also supplied for vehicles fitted with a smart alternator. Vehicles with a standard alternator generally do not require the ignition connection.

Installation Note: Install the fuse holder as close as practical to the positive terminal of the vehicle start battery. Wiring must be secured and kept away from hot surfaces, sharp edges and moving components. REDARC recommends installation by a suitably qualified person.
