Ranger Super Duty - Sherman’s DIY KUFU fitout

This custom DIY installation ticks all the boxes for Sherman:

✅ No drilling into the tub bed.

✅ Quick-release drawer and cargo slide to free up space when not touring.

✅ Sealed, secure drawer storage.

A custom ply and carpet floor was profiled to fit the tub and secured using the existing tie-down anchor points. The KUFU mounting rails and Catch-and-Click™ brackets bolt directly to the floor, retaining the system’s quick-release functionality.

A side wing beside the drawer fills the gap and creates additional storage, while the 280 × 1400 Premium Drawer features a cargo slide rubber mat on top for grip and protection.

Alongside it, the HD 1400 Cargo Slide accommodates a fridge, portable battery system and 20 litres of water—keeping touring essentials organised and accessible.
