We’ll do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible. Due to the complexities of some warranty issues and claims, it can take up to 10 business days for us to reply.

IKAMPER ROOF TOP TENT WARRANTY

2 Year Limited Warranty

For 2 years from the date of purchase, iKamper will replace (at our discretion) defective parts to the customer. iKamper will provide replacement parts, but the customer will be responsible for installation and freight.

This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from iKamperau.com.au or an authorised dealer and does not cover second-hand purchases. If you purchased from an authorised dealer, please submit proof of purchase with any warranty claims and serial number of tent – 6 digit sticker.

Products sold by iKamper that are not iKamper branded are warranted by their respective manufacturer.

Our warranty does not cover all issues, such as the ones below:

  • UV damage: ultra-violet damage to fabric or gel coat.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes occurring as a result of use (vinyl window discolouration or damage, scratches/dents on the rooftop tent shell, etc.)
  • Damage caused by the customer (misuse, accident, abuse, etc.)
  • Damage caused by acts of nature (storm damage, wind damage, etc.)
  • Aesthetic changes that do not affect the general operation of the rooftop tent.
  • If the product is arbitrarily repaired or modified by the customer.

This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from iKamper or an authorised dealer and does not cover second-hand purchases.

AIOKS, SLEEP SYSTEMS AND ROOFTOP TENT ACCESSORIES WARRANTY

1 Year Warranty

For 1 year from the date of purchase, iKamper will repair or replace (at our option) defective parts at no cost to the customer.

Our warranty does not cover all issues, such as the ones below:

  • Ultra-violet (UV) damage to fabric or paint.
  • Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic blemishes occurring as a result of use
  • Damage caused by the customer (misuse, accident, abuse, storm damage, etc.)
  • Aesthetic changes that do not affect the general operation of the Skycamp

This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from iKamper Australia or an authorised dealer and does not cover second-hand purchases.
